Sentenced to a Mandatory 24 years imprisonment in 1999 for an 'Infomercial Fraud', Chantal McCorkle remains in jail to this day. Our consciences are clear when we say 'this is NOT Justice'. But, you decide for yourself.. Was she failed by a legal system which missed the truth at every turn? Or guilty as charged? The fact remains that Chantal is serving a sentence that a murderer may not face.
