Joe D'Ambrosio was sentenced to death in 1989 for the murder of Anthony Klann…a murder for which he is innocent. There is a lot of confusion and debate about those exonerated from death row being "factually innocent" or "legally innocent". Joe is factually innocent, meaning he had absolutely nothing to do with the murder that he is convicted of. He was not there. He knew nothing about it. This is his story...a nightmare of injustice.
